If you haven't guessed, this is when she first escapes from the Alkalline Warfare Labs; Alkalline is the same organization that forced the suit upon her and introduced her to the Ampire territory as a potential weapon.

I won't be able to reveal the origin of the black mark until I finish all of the Enigmatix, so wait patiently! :3
