EDIT2: I ALSO FORGOT TO MENTION that the I made this out of pretty much the only default colors dA possesses on its pages, so that's why the sky looks so dreary |D it's not to hint that deviantart is a horrible place, albeit a sometimes harsh one

EDIT: forgot to mention, the buttons I had some issues with. So what I had to do is make it roll-over. when you roll over a button it plays what it's supposed to play, but as soon as you roll off it stops and starts over :\ so just to clarify, roll over it and stay, don't click.

I literally have only three hours left to get this in 8C SO LATE

but I was busy and didn't have very much time to focus on it. I meant to get much more done- music, sound effects, forum platforms, note center, flamers, watchers, mindless fans, professional business dudes, shiny/cute artists, shikakusuika blasting bleedman in a kiwi hovercraft, VR hacking a passerby and a huge crowd of people cheering over it, Unknown Person sneaking away in the background, etc.- but like I said, not enough time. Perhaps another day? :\

Anyway let me provide explanation.

DeviantArt is NOT a village. It is way too big to be a village. It's got more than a million people in it for crying out loud.

SO I MADE IT A SUPER-CITY MEGALOPOLIS.

A benevolent dictatorship run by not only the coders and creators of such a brilliant concept of an environment, but ALSO by the RICH! Or rather, the popular artists
for they control the masses, do they not?!
Everyone gets their own house where they host their work. Subscriptions get you BIGGER houses with built-in plumbing and other fancy things like that. Subscriptions also give you free AD repellent to fight off the never-ending AD infestation that started some nine years ago. Popular artists have their own BUILDINGS to themselves.

Forums and notes are accessed through specific platforms located next to apartment towers like the ones in the foreground. Art thieves and sometimes base users are basically the homeless people in the slums who somehow find their way into houses and take stuff. Base creators are Goodwill and Homeless Shelters. |3

The benevolent dictators of the site keep everyone updated with contests that are usually held to save someone from eternal apartmentdom, and whenever they advertise anything the entire city is digitally coated over with that ONE AD so that whenever you look at anything inanimate it is always that ONE AD.
Occasionally a random citizen will get the notion to create a freakish mutated genetic nightmare and have it roam the metropolis as if it were anyone else, but usually it just compels others to abuse the poor thing in all manner of conversation, especially by cloning it. Thus the PLZ accounts come into being.
Mudkips infest the city like rats infest Paris 8|
