Rayquaza Gijinka submission

Rayquaza for the Pokemon Gijinka project . I'm not a fan of the show (except for the very first ine before all the other junk), only the games. I saw all the other entries and it sounded like fun, so I joined. It was pretty fun, too.
Rayquaza is one of my favorite dragons, after dragonair and Lugia (but they were taken 50 times over; Rayquaza had only been done once). I really like the way the overall design came out, but I probably could've done a better job on coloring it. I think really my only complaint is the lineart; I don't know if you guys can see it from this size, but I screwed up on it. If you can't , then great!!!!
I pictured Rayquaza being an ancient bieng, since he is, but not looking too old. His clothes are charred, I guess just to show his power, like he's been through a hundred wars (and never changed clothes?!). I made his head into a shirt, and his claws into sleeves! Those things on his legs are supposed to be the parts of his body with the square spike things-- I didn't know where else to put them. And his tail? It's actually that one strand of hair on his head with the red thing in it, if you can see it.
